ENGINE 9: City Fire & Rescue

The alarm sounds. Lights on, sirens wailing, it's your crew on the call. Race your fire engine through a busy city of traffic, trains, bridges and a beachfront harbour. Then pull on your gear, drag the hose inside and fight the flames room by room while people shout for help.

Work full shifts until midnight. Calls come in through the day, and in between you patrol the city, upgrade your station and keep your firefighter fed, watered and rested. Each call is graded on Driving, Rescue, Building saved and Efficiency. You earn pay and tips, and enough XP gets you promoted. Each new rank unlocks a bigger truck, the ladder truck and the fireboat.

The weather changes, every building has a different layout, and there are three classes of housing, from apartments to two-storey mansions. Your firehouse starts empty, so you build it up yourself: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a TV with a weather channel.
